Issue with Customer Center in iFrame

My company has been using the Customer Center inside an Iframe hosted on our website for a while, but a customer informed us today about an issue when viewing Support Cases/Tickets. Basically almost everything within the Customer Center works fine while within the iFrame, but trying to change the 'Stage' filter for the Cases list causes a JavaScript error. Here's the details (slightly altered for security):
