Customers can not change password

Hello,

It used to be a feature, that customers could log in and change their passwords. It was also very useful for when we setup customers who call in over the phone, to set them up with a temporary password and then have them change it themselves to whatever they wish.

Now it appears that it is impossible for customers to reset their own passwords. Is this a bug, or has this recently changed? This is definitely a much needed feature, we have several customers complaining today about this.
