Is there a way to get the T&C text in a scrolling text box that displays on the Review and Submit page. The checkbox would then be under the T&C to agree to the terms (mandatory that it's checked in order to place order).

I don't think creating a custom mandatory checkbox will work because it will see False/cleared as a value.

Also, is there way to get two separate field boxes with their own "Agree" checkboxes?
