Shipping Methods on Web Page

Hello,
In our customer center, when the customer chooses their preferred shipping method, it only shows three options. I've got several others enabled for the website. In the order form, however, these options show. Does anyone have any insight as to why? I know this is rather vague but any help is greatly appreciated.
