unable to pull multiple items on site from custom record.

Hi All

I am trying to get items by county on my web site.
i have created a custom record and done the mapping of items by county and the price.

now i need to get those items by entering county zip code in the search on the web site.
i can able to pull only one item by county zip code with internal id, i can not be able to pull multiple items.

for Example:

Zip Code          Item        Price
53421              Item1        20$
53421              Item2        30$
53455              Item1        25$
53456              Item1        35$

in the above example, if user enters the zip code 53421 in the web site search option, then he should get the result
