Leaving www of our website name does not resolve to us

Does anyone have this same issue? Is this just NetSuite or is there something we have failed to set up correctly?

www.scansharp.com goes to our website correctly
scansharp.com does not resovle to our website.

Our C record points to NetSuite as appropriate. Can anyone tell me how to get scansharp.com to work properly?
