Merchandising Cross / Up Sell

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Any using some sort of Merchandising Cross / Up Sell?  I was looking into MyBuys.com or similar solution that will automatically recommend products based on customer behaviors or previous purchases based on an algorithm.  NetSuite does a terrible job and I don't want to have to manual assign Related Items.
