Order Received Confirmation Email
I need some help -
The "Your Order Has Been Received" email confirmations are firing from NetSuite, but we cannot receive them at our own domain. So, for example, if the customer is customer@yahoo.com, we get the email at that address. If the customer is customer@ourstore.com, we do not get the email. The server doesn't even receive it, so it's not being handled as spam or the like.
Most importantly, this means we cannot use the BCC on orders pref. We are Bcc'd on orders at myname@ourstore.com, but we receive nothing. Normal emails from NetSuite are received without a problem. What could be causing this?
