Third Party Conversion Tracking

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Anyone use a third party conversion tracking solution?  We have discovered discrepancies in reporting between all the engines (AdWords, Yahoo, MSN, Shopping.com, NextTag, Shopzilla and etc.) conversion tracking and want to implement something of our own.  Any ideas?
