Web Store is down

when I try to go to the URL shopping.netsuite.com/castle for our Web Store, it converts the "shopping.netsuite.com/castle" to our URL "www.castleusa.com/castle" which is a 404 page.  This hasn't happened before, and it says I need to enable HTML files, but I can't find anywhere to enable it, nor did I have to do anything before. We have our store hosted on NS, but now it's inaccessible.

Did I do something wrong or is this Netsuite ?
