Return Authorization feature

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We have a Request for Return Authorization feature enabled on our webstore.  It does not seem to work.  A customer used the feature, and when they went to save and print, it went to a blank white screen. 

Has anyone used this feature?  Any advice?
