Here is a friendly bug! For those who have selected "OPTIONAL" on the website set up for "Customer registration is" selection under Shopping Tab,

On your website log in as a returning customer.

Enter your test account email.

Enter a wrong password.

You will be directed to the page showing that your password is wrong.

Click on "New Customer? Click here" shown below the page.

You will be required to register despite the fact that you have chosen "optional"
