Has anyone encountered this error in their webstore...

Your Order Was Not Placed. The shipping method you selected will not work with all of the items in your shopping cart. Some of the items may be too large for the selected shipping method. Please select another shipping method below and press the Submit Order button again to place the changed order.



The message above is what appears every time our customer tries to checkout.  I couldn't replicate the problem on my end.  The item in their shopping cart was a small item (about the size and weight of a baseball).  They tried UPS ground and UPS 2nd day air and both methods give the unusual error message.
