Items don't show up in items list

Hi, this was my first time using Netsuite and I did a quick ecommerce website for my boss and now the items in the website do not show up in the items list for our office manager or anyone else using netsuite. I think I might have imported something incorrectly, I just don't know what exactly I did wrong. Any thoughts?
