Restricting Category to Dynamic Group

in Web Site / E-Commerce

I am trying to restrict access to a certain group of items on our website so I created a category with a dynamic group restriction.  It does prevent people from viewing the categories but it does not prevent someone from searching the site and finding the items.  Is there a way to better secure the items?
