Category Import/Export

We are in the process of reorganizing our web store/item categories. To do so, we are currently using the content manager but have realized this process is completely inefficient. I know we can export out website categories with the number of items in each category : List > Website > Categories > Export CSV. The problem with this is that it only tells us how many items are in the category, not which items. The second part to this issue is that if I figure out a way to export out which items are in a category, I will still
