Add to cart available without displaying price (MAP Pricing)

We sell a number of products from manufacturers who have MAP restrictions.  Instead of clicking the 'do not display price' box in the item record and eliminating the 'add to cart' button, I'd like to have my MAP items not display price but say 'Add to cart to display price' and allow customers to order online.

We display the 'add to cart' button in the item drilldown as well as the category list views. We're looking for a solution that fixes both.

Any Suggestions?
