Multiple Website Management

We would like to add an additional website module to our NetSuite account.  However, we would like to keep everything totally separate as we don't want our customers to know that both sites belong to us.

We understood that you can keep many things totally separate, however, if a customer placed an order in each website, their "My Account" will show both orders from both websites.  Is there any way to keep the "My Accounts" totally separate for each website?

As per NetSuite: "New site shall have its own distinct Shopping Cart and My Account"  However, we understand that it is not the case.
