Changes to item/category template take 1hr+ to update web pages

Is anyone else having a problem with this:
When I make changes to item/category templates it takes over an hour before the template takes effect on the website.  This started Friday 6/3/10 for me.  It’s really hard to do web development when you have to wait at least an hour to see the change take effect.  I opened a support case with Netsuite on Monday.  They are still looking into it.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if anyone knows of a work around.  Thanks.
