Publish Forms - Requires special setting/addon?
I've spent the last couple of days trying to set up a custom search form for our new website. I've been going 'round and 'round in circles between the following pages in the help centre:

For whatever reason, I cannot find the "Publish Forms" menu item anywhere. I'm set up with Administrator access to our NetSuite system.
When I go to set up a role, there is no "Publish Forms" permission (this is referred to on the Publishing Forms page). I can "publish" a saved search, but it doesn't appear on the site navigation when I do.
