Custom Multi-Lingual Tags

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Is it possible to create a tag which is multi-lingual? For example, in a footer you could have several links but as they are part of the theme, how can you get these to change when the language changes? Also, the same goes for images like the company logo, the slogan for example would have to change when the language changes.
