Anyone Else Log into Web Store(own domain) & Checkout Page Prompts to Login Again?

I can't remember if this was the normal behavior but shouldn't the login information persist and work with both our own domain (www.avaline.com) and netsuite's domain (checkout.netsuite.com,etc)?

Is it the transition to a HTTPS connection causing the second login prompt?
