Ability of customer to change the shipping address in Webstore

Hello,

I need some help.

We are a wholesale company that supplies to pre-registered users and I have recently setup some accounts that act as a selling agent for some of our products.

We have one customer that we supply a lot of product to but we ship on their behalf directly to one of their customers.

What I want to have is the ability for this customer eg Customer 1 to be able to login as their pre-registered user name and place an order online for any of our products but they then must be able to nominate the end address that this is to be sent to.
