Creating Tabs within Item Templates

I have basic knowledge of CSS and html...and I've used Jquery successfully in my main web sites. However, I can't figure out how to integrate tabs into my item templates in my store. I would like my description, reviews, and maybe some other things in the future put into tabs. Can someone guide me in the right direction to accomplish this? It seems so simple! I can make tabs all day long in a regular website. I searched through the forum and found an old thread where someone offered his code, but he no longer uses netsuite...sometimes it seems to
