How do I modify the shopping cart page layout?

Can anyone tell me how I can modify the shopping cart page layout?

Our site at http://www.idsupershop.com still uses the default layout and needs to be upgraded. Is there a way to do this? Can we modify some of the cart HTML?

If so, where in NS can we modify the shopping cart pages?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
