Need your suggestions

in Web Site / E-Commerce

HI,
We sell products online and also over phone. We use google adwords and few other paid campagines to drive visitors on to our site. We are pretty much good in google rankings. We do sell quite a few products online, but my main concern is about shopping cart abandonment. Our current cart abandonment is currently 60%. I was wondering what would be the ideal cart abandonment rate would be. We are doing all sorts of things to reduce abandonment rate but we cannot get it down.
Has any one had same problems and how did you overcome those. It would be great if you share your ideas. I am providing a link to our website which you can have a look and let us know if we had to do any changes which would be really great. Thank you in advance.
