FedEx shipping over 150 lbs

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We ship a lot of orders over 150 pounds. These orders can always be broken down into multiple boxes at weights that will ship by normal home or ground service. Yet since Netsuite feeds the weight as one box the system does not know what to do and returns a very low rate that is the minimum shipping charge plus the insurance etc. How do we get around this????
