Displays N/A after Information Item

I just noticed that under every information on my website that the text "N/A" appears after it.  I took the information item off and it was gone as well so i'm guessing its linked to it somehow. I went in to edit the text for the information item but didn't see anything in there that would cause the N/A to appear. Anyone else ever see this happen or know how to fix it?
