Webstore Outstanding Orders showing amount but no orders

in Web Site / E-Commerce

In the Webstore> My account tab, under Quick View, there is an amount shown in the Outstanding Orders but when I clicked through the Outstanding Order list, there are no orders in the list. Has anyone experienced this?
