Re-Order items in Customer Center

We are trying to use the re-order link in the customer center for customers to re order any items they needs at a glance.

When it is time to check out, it never shows an area to enter in shipping information or shipping carriers.  It just goes straight to the check out and that's it.

We think it would be very handy if the customer could tell us where they want it shipped and how.....
