Online Form User Role

in Web Site / E-Commerce

With the new interface, I am not able to add a custom role to the Custom External Customer Form (External)

I could only see a role called "Online Form User" for Customer Center in my Custom External Customer Form and in "Manage Roles" , can't find this role.
