Cross-domain Google analytics stopped working after 2010.2 upgrade

Is anyone else have problems with cross-domain google analytics since 2010.2 upgrade? Ours stopped working. The _link() function is still passing the utm variables in the query string, but the checkout.netsuite.com page is not reading them. Consequently, all ecommerce is reporting as direct traffic source. Anyone else having this problem. If so, got a solution?
