How to differentiate webstore customers and internal customers?

We have customers created via webstore and internally via Netsuite, which we like to keep them separate so someone internally would not accidentally create an order for a customer registered via the webstore.

There seem to be no way to tell who they are unless you look into the customer record and try to see the Source or Customer Category.

Has anyone got a good solution to this?
