chat box
I put a chat box on my site last year and it killed my google rankings. I had a MAJOR change in sales from the time I put it on for 3 months or so till I figured out it was it. Anyhow, I'd like one back on but I don't know if it was just bad code at the time or a bad chat company or what. I should have done a before/after code but it didn't hit me then.
Has anyone had success with a chat company and if so which?
Also how sure are you that there wasn't a change before /after you installed their code?
