Interesting New Netsuite Glitch Halting All Webstore Sales

Currently we have an error described by IE as window.phoneformat is null or not an object.  This just started occurring at about 12:45 PM EST in case anyone else has an issue where no one can get through there checkout.  I don't have the foggiest why this is happening.  If anyone else is experiencing this error or knows what its about get at me.
