Published Search Form - Name of Search

I have a published search form on our site and at the top of the form it displays the title of the Published Form and below that it displays the name of the Saved Search. How can I stop it from displaying the name of the Saved Search? In the Published Form I entered something into all of the Description fields hoping it would overwrite it, but nothing did.
