Matrix Shipping Cost

in Web Site / E-Commerce

We have a number of matrix items, where the options change the size and weight of the item. Obviously these all have different shipping costs. We're using flat rate shipping, so each item's shipping cost does correctly pull through to the cart, but the item detail page won't display a shipping cost. I'm using the "shippingcost" field to display for most items.

The price is dynamic and changes based on the options selected, so it seems like the logic is there to dynamically pull information off of the sub-item record. Is it possible to do this for shipping cost?
