Webstore Search

I'm having a hard time understanding Netsuite's search on our webstore.  We are using the Global Search portlet option on our website and I have 1 item for sure that I can't understand.  The Item Name/Number on the backend is "Sublet - Body Shop".  If I search our webstore for "Body Shop", the item comes up.  If I search for "Sublet", it does not.  I am completely baffled.
