How do I create a static content pages within NS?

What is the easiest way to create a static html page and manage it within NS?
(non db or product related pages)

For example, I work on a site at http://www.idsupershop.com which has many static .htm pages hosted on the site. I want to switch these pages to be managed and controlled within NS .... to make things easier on the client and myself.

Any help is appreciated.
