UPS TradeAbilty Integration?

Does anyone have experience integrating UPS TradeAbility with NS?

We want to calculate and collect Taxes and Duty in the Cart so that we can deliver international orders hassle free.  We want to eliminate the customs hassle for our Euro customers.
