HELP! - What have I done (Transaction Column Field)

I was editing a custom Transaction Column Field to make it print on picking notes and some how it is now showing up all over my web site on the Published saved searches pages.

If you look at this page you can see the bar code appears in an editable box and I cannot work out how to remove it. I Have tried unchecking all the boxes in customisation and short of deleting the field it does not seem to want to go.

Obviously this is a huge mistake and I have no idea what will happen if a member changes anything in those boxes but I need help to remove it from the site.
