glitch?
I recieved this email today:
"When a sales person tries to enter an order for a customer using "Terms", NS checks to see if that customer has enough credit. i.e. Is their credit limit high enough? Are they past due? If the customer does not have credit, the order cannot be submitted.
GLITCH!! Apparently, when a customer enters an order online, this credit check is not happening. NS is allowing the order o be entered and fulfilled by OPs. We are only alerted to the issue when we try to bill it - which might be after it has shipped."
