Where to customerise final "Review & Submit"

I know it is going to be so simple...

Where do we enter the customisation for the final page of the website checkout page where customers enter their billing and delivery addresses.

Looking in Content Manager I couldn't see a suitable page in the same way I could for the earlier pages of the checkout process.
