Customer Center Issue

Is there a way to customize how the customer center looks?

We're having issues displaying the customer center via the website, when a customer is logged in, the alignment of the page is off on Internet Explorer (it stretches out the template), in Chrome and Firefox, the buttons are pushed to the top.
