How do we set default font for item store descriptions?

When we add our web information to the HTML editor in the inventory item, the default font always goes to Tahoma 10.  Our website displays best when we use Ariel 10pt.

How do we set the default font on the inventory item so that any text entered into the HTML editor will be Ariel 10?
