Website is not aligned center in Opera

Hi,

we chose to center alignment for our website through NS and we add "text-align: center" for body in the css
that works on all browsers except Opera

I tested it using the code in view source and save it as HTML file on my desktop with fixing all links to use same links in online copy (specially css file, I added the link for the file in our file cabinet) but it works well on that file
how can I fix this?
