<NLCARTGRANDTOTAL> tag fails on payment page

Hey NS

Please fix this. It is confusing customers. This tag, as per the help "Shows the grand total in the shopping cart. This total amount matches the total amount displayed on the Review & Submit page." works on every page except for the Payment Information page. If you have a promocode applied it ignores it and puts the price back up. Right when we are asking people for their hard earned... Good page to fail on.

Any workaround?
