updated images in web store

Hope someone can help me with this.  I have had a few times, where the packaging has changed on an item.  I have deleted the old image and added the new image to NetSuite. BUT, the old image keeps appearing in the web store.  I have deleted the image in the item set up and readded the new image.  If you look at the "store" tab, the image is correct, but cannot seem to get the new image to appear in the web store.  Any ideas?
