Multi Site Problem

We just implemented the multi site feature on our account. The problem we are facing is, we have set up domains
http://shop.neilmed.com  (default, set up 4 years back)
http://canshop.neilmed.com (new, set up today)

The problem is, it is not working. The new link is not working. I did everything correct but I don’t know what is wrong.
