Different Price based on State

in Web Site / E-Commerce

Is there a way to automatically serve up a higher price for a group of states versus other states? We have a network of dealers that we are paying commissions to on sales in their area. We'd like to charge a higher price for those areas to help either drive the business to the local dealer or get better compensated for handling the sales out of our territory.
